How to Login in Fixomotive Troubleshooting Software

🔗 Step 1: Visit the Login Page

Go to:

  • If you are already logged in, you will be taken directly to the Homepage.

  • If you are not logged in, you will be automatically redirected to:

📱 Step 2: Enter Your Mobile Number

  • Enter your mobile number in the login screen.

  • Click Continue with OTP to receive a verification code.

✅ We support OTP-based authentication only.
🇮🇳 Only Indian mobile numbers are allowed.

🔐 Step 3: Enter the OTP

  • After submitting your mobile number, the OTP input screen will appear.

  • Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your phone.

⚠️ OTP Not Received?

If you do not receive the OTP:

  1. ✅ Check network connectivity

  2. 🔁 Click Resend OTP

  3. 📵 Ensure Do Not Disturb (DND) is not blocking SMS

  4. Verify the mobile number is correct
