OTP Not Received - Troubleshooting Guide

✅ 1. Verify Your Mobile Number

  • Ensure your mobile number belongs to India

  • Only Indian mobile numbers are supported for login

  • Make sure you entered a valid 10-digit mobile number

Example: 9XXXXXXXXX (without +91 or 0 at the beginning)

📶 2. Check Network & Connectivity

  • Ensure your mobile has proper network signal

  • Turn Airplane Mode ON and OFF

  • Restart your phone if needed

  • Make sure your SIM is active and recharged


🕓 3. Wait & Try Again

  • Sometimes OTP delivery may take a few seconds

  • Wait up to 10 minutes

  • Then click Resend OTP

🚫 4. Check DND & SMS Blocking Settings

  • Ensure your number is not on DND (Do Not Disturb) mode

  • SMS blocking / spam filters may prevent OTP delivery
